Refund policy


Diwan Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority! If our books do not meet your expectations, we offer the following return options:


1. Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped Books:

  • Replacement: Diwan will replace defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped books with the same item(s) originally ordered. 

  • Shipping Costs: You will not incur any extra fees for shipping and handling. We will provide a prepaid label for the return.

  • Procedure: Keep the package as immediately email admin@diwanedu.com 


2. Ordered the wrong item/ age group.

  • Store Credit: You can receive store credit on the cost of the order, shipping and handling not included 

  • Conditions: Items must be unmarked, unwritten on, unbent, and in brand new condition. Damaged items are non-refundable.


3. Unsatisfied with Your Purchase:

  • Refund: We offer a complete refund for the cost of the item(s). However, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you can receive store credit for future Diwan purchases.

  • Conditions: Items must be unmarked, unwritten on, unbent, and in brand new condition. Damaged items are non-refundable.


4. General Rules:

  • Return Conditions: Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return (used, written on etc).

  • Time Frame: No returns accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Damaged Products: Products damaged due to customer fault may receive no credit.

  • Packaging: Returned products must be in new packaging. Missing parts may incur a restocking charge of up to 50%.

  • Non-Diwan Purchases: Items not purchased directly from Diwan may not be returned from us..

  • International Returns: Contact us at info@diwanedu.com for instructions before returning items from Canada or overseas.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.

  • Special Orders: Wholesale and special orders are not returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Custom Fees: Shipping charges do not cover custom duties or tax/VAT. You are responsible for these fees.
